The national governing body for diving in Indonesia. Established in 1977, it is officially recognised by the Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI). As the CMAS member federation for Indonesia, PB POSSI is responsible for training divers, athletes, and officials, as well as organising competitions throughout Indonesia.

Mr. Yudha Bhayangkara serves as the Deputy Treasurer General of PB POSSI. A former underwater sports athlete, he is now dedicated to serving Indonesia's official underwater sports federation. Upon the appointment of the President of PB POSSI, also known as the Indonesia Subaquatic Sports Association (ISSA), Mr. Yudha served as the Chairman of the Organising Committee for the World Championship and was responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of the event.

Mr. Johanes Tiro is a professional diver who currently serves as the Chairman of the Freediving Commission at PB POSSI, also known as the Indonesia Subaquatic Sports Association (ISSA). He is widely recognised for his strong dedication to the development of underwater sports in Indonesia. With extensive experience and a broad professional network, Mr. Johanes is known for his approachable personality and comprehensive knowledge of underwater sports. For the World Championship, Mr. Johanes served as the Vice Chairman of the Organising Committee, maintaining close coordination and communication with the Official Local Organising Committee, Karang Divers, to ensure the successful delivery of the event.

Mr. Derry Kurniawan is a broadcaster at TVRI, the government television of the Republic of Indonesia. He previously worked as a sports reporter, covering a wide range of sporting events — both single-sport and multi-sport, at national and international levels. He currently serves as a Senior Editor and Graphics Specialist in TVRI's Sports Division. Within PB POSSI, also known as the Indonesia Subaquatic Sports Association (ISSA), Mr. Derry serves as the Head of the Public Relations and Media Commission, responsible for building relationships with external stakeholders and promoting Indonesia's underwater sports activities through various media platforms. For this international championship, Mr. Derry served as the Vice Chairman of the Organising Committee, supporting the successful delivery of the event while leading its communication, public outreach, and media promotion to enhance its visibility both nationally and internationally.

Mr. Gonçalo Henriques is the General Manager of Karang Divers, one of the leading dive operators in Pemuteran, Bali, with extensive experience in dive tourism, marine conservation, and international event management. Since establishing Karang Divers in 2019, he has led the company's growth while developing conservation initiatives, education programmes, and community partnerships that support the sustainable development of North Bali. Appointed by PB POSSI (Indonesia Subaquatic Sports Association), Mr. Gonçalo serves as the Local Organising Committee (LOC) Director for the 2026 CMAS World Championship Underwater Photography & Video. In this role, he is responsible for the overall operational planning and local organisation of the Championship, including logistics, accommodation, transportation, government coordination, sponsorship, hospitality, and collaboration with participating federations to ensure the successful delivery of this prestigious international event.

Mr. Hugo Silva is a Professional Diving Instructor since 2012 and manager of the Focusnatura diving centre in Madeira Island, Portugal for more than 20 years. He was the security director for the diving operations at sea for the 2021 CMAS World Championship of Underwater Photography and Video, held in Porto Santo Island, Portugal, and for the 2022 CMAS European Championship of Underwater Photography and Video, held in Madeira Island, Portugal, and recently for the two CMAS World Cup Championships of Underwater Photography and Video, held in Madeira Island in 2025 and 2026. He has several years of experience with divers and underwater photography and video events.
